Like Clockwork

This guy 
Finally decided to get him out of the closet.  And omg, he's so hhhh
Design is not definite.  But it's pretty close to what I want.  And his face is beautiful.  I mean, it wasn't supposed to turn out a little feminine like that, but hhh it's so beautiful.  This turned out so great. ;D; This is Dream's second rival, the first revealed being Hypnotist.  I kind of like that all three of them have different eye colors. 

Anyway, let's get on to a few notes about this guy.
You can call him Clockwork Derpy.  Or Hermit Derpy (to be explained).  Though Clockwork makes him a little more obvious as to what he is.  

He can control time as long as he has his staff on him.
He lives inside of a clock tower that overlooks a cursed town, him being said curse.  Thus, the secondary "Hermit" title. Nobody knows he lives up there, so nobody knows he exists.  Only experienced magicians can see him when he's standing atop the tower.  
An example of the curse: if the clock tower strikes three o clock, and the bells chime four, four people will die, regardless.  If the clock tower strikes twelve, and the bells chime thirteen times, thirteen people will die.  And so on.
Yes, he has a billion pocket watches and wrist watches.
No, he's not a god. XD  He's a regular human being with just an extremely long life span. XDDD

His AU's time period is that around Dream's...so kind of 1800ish.  I'm contemplating making this a steampunk AU as well, but I'm leaning against it.  Anywho
